Select Settings.
Under the general tab select Accounts and Sync.
Select Add Account.
Select Microsoft Exchange.
Enter your email address and select Manual Setup.
Enter you email address and the rest of the required information.
Select Next and it will begin to connect to the server.
Select what you want to sync and click Next.
Enter the name of the account WORK and your full name then select DONE.
