Poly, (formerly Polycom) is a part of Plantronics. It is a multinational telecommunications corporation, founded in the USA. Poly develops video, voice, collaboration and communications tech. It has offices located globally, a full list of which can be seen here.

Most Polycom hardware is manufactured in China. The Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 conference phone was made in Thailand. Polycom hardware typically includes a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
Fastmetrics supports a wide range of Polycom phones. From legacy options such as the SoundPoint 335, 430 and 650 IP phones, through to latest VVX 300, 400 and 600 series. We also support the SoundStation IP 6000, VVX phone expansion modules and have a list of recommended headset options for use with Polycoms.
Fastmetrics is a certified Polycom Authorized Solutions Advisor, which means our team has passed accredited Polycom training. We are highly experienced in the set up, use and support of Polycom (poly) products.
We provide in person setup and training for users of Polycom hardware and our metricVOICE phone service in the Bay Area. We also have business voice customers across California in Arizona, Chicago and New York, where we provide assisted setup and live support.
Fastmetrics provides free in person or assisted set up of Polycom phones / conference phones for metricVOICE customers. In the Bay Area if you would prefer remote setup, we can do this via video conference. Outside of the Bay Area, we provide assisted remote setup.

To make a call using your Polycom VVX phone, dial the number using the key pad or pressing a saved number. After dialling, the call will connect, or press Send. Then use the phone speaker or the handset. If using a headset, press the Headset button.
If you dial incorrectly, press the Delete key to delete the last digit, rather than having to redial the full number again. For an in-depth process of call features, see this phone guide.
Polycoms provide options for answering calls. On the Polycom VVX series, a call can be answered by; pressing the Answer soft key, the Speaker key, simply lifting the receiver or via headset (if using one).
