All Yealink phones and hardware is made in China.
Fastmetrics supports a wide range of Yealink phones and hardware. We provide full set up and support of Yealink T21P E2 / T41S / T42S / T43U / T46S / T48S / 48 / T54W / T57W desk phones, the W56H / W60P / W76P DECT wireless options, the CP920, CP930W-Base, CP960 conference pods and the EXP40 expansion module. As well as the full range of Yealink dongles, headset adapters and DECT repeaters.
We provide in person setup and training for users of Yealink phones and our metricVOICE service in the Bay Area. We have voice customers across California, Arizona, Chicago and New York, where we provide assisted setup and support.
Fastmetrics provides free in person or assisted set up of Yealink phones and conference phones for metricVOICE customers. In the Bay Area if you would prefer remote setup, we can do this via video conference. Outside of the Bay Area, we provide assisted remote setup.

o make a call using a Yealink desk phone, the process is similar across most models. Typically, making a call can be done via;
- Dialling the number or selecting it from the directory.
- Then either lift the receiver, hit speaker phone or activate your headset. The call will be placed automatically.
You can place an active call on hold with both a hard key or a soft key. Resume a call the same way. If you need to make another call while a call is holding, hit a free extension line and place a call as above. For a demo, watch this Yealink T54W video guide.
Yealink phones provide options for answering calls. On the T41 model, a call can be answered via lifting the handset, pressing the speaker hard key or via wired or Bluetooth headset. For a demo, watch the 'attended transfer' section in this video.
Yealink phones support both local conference and network functions. For the Yealink T5 series, they have a 10 caller limit if using the local conference option. To add more callers, use the network option.
To set up a local conference call (you plus two other participants), follow this process for Yealink T5 and T4 phones;
- Place a call to the 1st party
- After they answer, press the Conference soft key to make a new call. The active call is placed on hold
- Dial the 2nd party’s number. Or, select the contact from the contacts list, recent call list or directory
- After the 2nd party answers the call, select Conference again to add to the the conference
- Repeat the above steps to add more parties to the conference call (up to 10 participants for the T5 series)
Call options during a conference call include;
- Pressing the "Split" soft key to split the conference into two individual calls
- Pressing the "Hold" soft key to place the conference on hold
